Terms of Use

Effective October 22, 2026

Using the site

These terms apply when you use What AI Would Buy. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please stop using it.

What we publish

We publish weekly charts of products and brands recommended by AI assistants. Each month we compare leading products with buyer ratings, review videos, press reviews, owner reports and official recalls. We do not test the products ourselves.

Read how the charts work and the Disclaimer before relying on the results.

What you can do

You can read, search, link to and quote the site for personal use or editorial coverage. Please credit What AI Would Buy when quoting it. You may not:

  • scrape, copy or republish substantial parts without permission;
  • use our data to train machine-learning models or build another ranking service;
  • bypass security controls or rate limits, or disrupt the site;
  • use the site to defame, harass or unfairly harm a person or business;
  • send malware, unlawful content or material that infringes someone else's rights.

Ownership and permissions

The operator owns the site's original code, design, text and visual identity, subject to third-party rights and applicable law. Brand names, logos and product images belong to their owners. We use them to identify what appears in the charts.

See our Trademark Policy for name and logo requests, or the takedown procedure to report a rights issue.

Commercial links

The site currently has no affiliate program. If we add affiliate links, we will label them "Ad" or "Affiliate". We may then earn a commission if you buy through a link, at no extra cost to you. Commercial relationships do not determine chart positions.

Accuracy and availability

We provide the site "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will always be available or that its data is accurate, complete or suitable for your needs. AI answers can contain mistakes, bias, outdated information or invented products.

To the extent the law allows, we exclude express and implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, the operator and contributors are not liable for losses caused by using the site or relying on its content. This includes direct and indirect losses, lost profits, lost data and other consequential losses, even if we were told they could occur.

This does not exclude liability that the law does not let us exclude, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Claims caused by misuse

To the extent the law allows, you agree to cover claims against the operator that result from your breach of these terms, unlawful use of the site or infringement of someone else's rights.

Your consumer rights

These terms do not take away consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law where you live. They do not stop you bringing a claim in the courts available to you under that law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site changes. The effective date above identifies this version. If you continue using the site after an update, the new terms apply, subject to your rights under the law.
