Who owns the names and logos
Brand names, product names, logos and other third-party marks belong to their owners. Showing them here does not mean the owner sponsors, endorses or works with What AI Would Buy.
Why we use them
We use names and logos to identify the brands and products that AI assistants recommend. This is descriptive use, often called nominative fair use in the United States. We aim to use only what is needed for identification and to avoid suggesting a commercial relationship.
Where images come from
We collect logos and product images from public sources, including brand websites and search results. An image being publicly available does not mean we own it. If you own an image and want to supply a replacement or raise a rights concern, contact us.
What the charts say about a brand
Badges such as "New #1" and "Dropped out" describe changes in AI recommendations. They do not measure sales or a company's reputation.
"Fails the check", "People disagree" and "Passes the check" summarise the source data shown beside a product under our published rules. They are not findings from our own product tests or paid comparisons.
Ask for a correction
Email legal@whataiwouldbuy.com to correct a name, offer a replacement logo, question a check result or raise a trademark concern. Include the page URL and explain what needs changing.
If you act for a brand, use an email address from its domain or provide another way to confirm your authority. We aim to reply within seven business days. For a formal removal request, follow the takedown procedure.
Using our name
