What owners single out
Buyers' weakest aspect (cleaning & maintenance) aligns with critic block 3's note that it's "easy to clean"—suggesting real-world grease buildup contradicts the theoretical design claim.
In their words
“We use this oven for most of it's functions in preference to a 5 gas burner cook top with a large electric multi purpose oven which has a long heat up time, is noisy and expensive to run and designed to suit a large family not a couple as we are and find that The Smart Oven Pro is a delight to use, is silent in operation, cooks to perfection, is very well engineered, takes up very little bench spa”

“I have this oven which I use to bake and toast functions mostly. Recently, fan stopped working and all the moisture stays inside causing condensation. To use reheat use, all the heat is trapped inside and so the grease. It’s so difficult to clean the grease. No way to repair . For an appliance this price and quality, very disappointing performance.”
