Owners love its gentle, effective oil control and suitability for sensitive skin, but some find the fine foam texture dissolves too quickly and question whether it truly cuts through oil buildup.

Review 1's complaint about foam dissolving instantly and weak oil-cutting power aligns with critic block 6's note that foam texture may not appeal to everyone.

In their words

Effectiveness:MY HOLY GRAIL. Super effective to prevent oiliness. It works so well that I needed to use moisturizer because my face gets so dry. Nonetheless, my pores don’t get clogged not do I get random zits anymore. Fragrance:There’s a slight smell that I can’t describe. But it smells ok. Texture:Foamy. Light to touch. This cleanser just does not perform the way it claims to. The foam is so fine that it disappears the moment it touches your skin, almost like a bubble bath foam that dissolves instantly when you touch it. So I end up using a ton of product hoping the more of it will actually do something, but it just feels like I am smearing something light across my face without it ever truly cutting through oil.
