I really like the pop-up poor feature on this product. It has an appealing color, taste and aroma. It is definitely California, so if you’re thinking you’ll get Italy in this bottle, you won’t. Most palettes wouldn’t notice the difference;-) I use it for baking/roasting, but the smoke point is not really geared towards frying. It’s great on toast for those fellow vegans:-)
