mixed
Reviewers praise
  • RapidLock base installs quickly using either vehicle belt or LATCH, with a straightforward lock mechanism
  • No-rethread harness with one-hand adjustable headrest makes fit adjustments simple as the baby grows
  • Anti-rebound bar on the base provides an added layer of crash protection
Reviewers push back
  • Base is bulky and may be tight in compact cars
  • Canopy offers limited reach and does not extend as far as some competing seats
  • No dedicated slot to prop the seat on a shopping cart
A well-built infant car seat that earns consistent praise for easy installation, harness ergonomics, and stroller compatibility, with minor recurring complaints about base bulk and canopy reach.
— best for: Parents who already use Baby Jogger strollers and want a fast-installing, harness-friendly infant seat that transitions seamlessly between car and stroller.

We had this car seat for my first son & used for 13 months. We loved the easy install without the base for Ubers/traveling & grandma’s car. The only things I don’t love about this car seat are: 1- it is not compatible with non-baby jogger strollers & 2- it is on the heavier side. Still, it is a really great car seat for a solid price. We bought the travel system on Amazon Prime deal for $499! Jconno18 · Baby Jogger

Purchased this car seat in 2016 for my daughter (soon to expire this summer). It has been used by my nephew and son over the past few years in "Nana’s" vehicle. Last week, they were involved in a head-on collision that resulted in a rollover (x2). Fortunately, my nephew sustained no injuries other than a scrape from the harness belt, and the car seat incurred only minor damage. We have consistentl BT26 · Graco
