4.3/5
mixed
Reviewers praise
  • High potassium content compared to typical electrolyte products
  • Dissolves easily and cleanly in water
  • No added sugar, uses stevia for sweetness
Reviewers push back
  • Sodium level is seen by at least one reviewer as too low relative to potassium and magnesium
  • Drink has a distinctly salty taste that some may need to adjust with sweetener
  • Overconsumption can cause issues like dizziness or restlessness, per general electrolyte caution
Reviewers agree Dr. Berg's electrolyte powder is a well-formulated, sugar-free electrolyte mix with a strong potassium dose, easy mixing, and pleasant flavor, though a few note the sodium content is lower than they'd like.
— best for: People who sweat heavily from exercise, heat, or fasting/keto diets and want a sugar-free way to replenish minerals daily.

This is well worth the price paid for it. I train and show horses even though the hot summer months and this is the only electrolyte drink I use. Since I have started using it I no longer suffer from heat exhaustion or muscle cramps. ! I start drinking it in the morning and throughout the day and it works! I recommend it for anyone who has to be out in the heat for rehydration. Kathy R. · drberg.com
