This is my favorite hot sauce. Know your peppers! This has Reaper peppers in it. Very warm sauce for people who know what hot means. If you are not used to a kick of heat and garlic at the same time, be careful. My favorite is to mix it with a little low sodium soy sauce over any type of fried rice. I love hot sauces!
