I bought the bigger version after trying one at a local health club. While my back cried out at first, the results after using it was remarkable. This one allows me to focus on particular areas of my body. That makes it handy if I need to loosen up something specific prior to a workout, tennis, swimming, etc., and/or if something needs attention following an activity. I read the reviews about the intense massage. They were spot on! Very powerful, and I have yet to go full throttle! I love that I can get a good massage while rolling my legs and back. I did make a mistake though. My 100 lb Chocolate Lab was laying next to me and I have him a little massage. Now I can't use it without him coming in and impatiently waiting his turn. He loves it!
