Critics & buyers

The human jury in one chapter — what the video reviewers score and say, the reviews behind it, and how Google buyers rate them.

What reviewers say

Distilled from the video reviewers — the score, what they praise, where they push back.?

QuietComfort Earbuds II
across 3 reviews
3.7/5
Reviewers praise
  • Active noise cancellation ranks among the strongest available in earbuds, blocking substantial environmental sound
  • Case and earbuds are noticeably smaller and more comfortable than the previous model
  • Separate ear tips and stability bands allow customized fit combinations for different ear shapes
Reviewers push back
  • No wireless charging despite the feature existing on the previous model
  • Right earbud must remain active—left earbud cannot function independently when right is cased
  • No multipoint Bluetooth connection to switch between two devices
Reviewers agree these deliver exceptional active noise cancellation and a significantly improved, more compact design over the previous model, but the removal of wireless charging and lack of independent single-earbud use frustrate at this tier.
— best for: Someone who prioritizes class-leading noise cancellation and comfortable fit for commuting, air travel, or focused work and does not need to use a single earbud independently.
Vista 2
across 5 reviews
3.4/5
mixed
Reviewers praise
  • Shallow in-ear fit with built-in fins provides secure hold without deep canal intrusion
  • IP68 rating on earbuds and IP54 on case handle sweat, rain, dirt, and steam room conditions
  • Compact case with strong magnets fits easily in pockets
Reviewers push back
  • Case loses charge within five to seven days even when idle
  • Sound distorts and narrows above ninety percent volume with high-end fuzziness
  • Bluetooth interference occurs in some office environments with unexplained high-pitched noise
A durable, waterproof sport earbud with shallow fit and strong passive isolation, held back by mediocre sound at high volumes and connection quirks.
— best for: Outdoor runners and active users who want secure waterproof earbuds with natural transparency mode and prefer shallow fit over deep canal insertion.

coming from using the galaxy buds pro ear buds for the last few years, which seem to have gone down in quality, these are so much better. Comparable or better sound quality. the noise cancellation is WAY better. i work in a noisy office where each desk is touching the next, and am usually surrounded by chewing, clicking, talking, laughing, and construction noises all day. I usually find it hard to wear earwigs, but these are so comfortable that I forgotbi had them in. I get easily distracted while working and with working from home I have discovered that my neighbour is learning the violin, I popped these in and honestly couldn't hear a thing. I've used them when walking and same thing, can't hear traffic. They're also waterproof, so can wear in shower (I haven't d Denise · logitechg.com
