Critics & buyers

The human jury in one chapter — what the video reviewers score and say, the reviews behind it, and how Google buyers rate them.

What reviewers say

Distilled from the video reviewers — the score, what they praise, where they push back.?

X10 Pro Omni
across 5 reviews
4.0/5
mixed
Reviewers praise
  • Spinning mop pads exert high downward pressure and lift 12 mm over carpet, producing above-average stain removal on hard floors
  • AI-powered obstacle avoidance using an RGB camera and structured-light sensors earns top marks across multiple structured tests, including a rare perfect score
  • Self-cleaning station washes, hot-air dries, auto-empties, and refills the robot, enabling genuinely hands-off floor care over extended periods
Reviewers push back
  • Brush roller accumulates hair quickly; the built-in hair-detangling blade is not effective enough to eliminate manual cleaning
  • The companion app is functional but less polished than rivals — real-time map updates lag noticeably and maps are less readable
  • Raw debris pickup scores on hard floors and in crevices test below average in controlled standardised tests despite strong real-world impressions
Reviewers broadly agree the X10 Pro Omni delivers flagship-tier mopping, strong obstacle avoidance, and a capable self-cleaning station, with minor software polish and brush-roller hair management as recurring complaints.
— best for: Pet owners and busy households wanting a largely hands-off floor-care system with strong mopping performance and reliable obstacle avoidance on mixed hard-floor and carpet layouts.
X50 Ultra Complete
across 5 reviews
4.5/5
mixed
Reviewers praise
  • Retractable-leg threshold-crossing system clears obstacles no competing robot has managed in testing, including multi-tiered thresholds
  • Dual-roller brush with tapered hair-channeling design achieves near-zero hair tangles on both the main and side brushes
  • Retractable lidar module allows the robot to map efficiently in open space and duck under low furniture without sacrificing obstacle avoidance
Reviewers push back
  • First-unit navigation faults were reported by at least one real-world user, requiring a replacement unit before performance stabilised
  • Dock wash-board and internal filter need manual deep-cleaning that the automated self-clean cycle does not fully handle on its own
  • Dirty water tank accumulates grime quickly and requires frequent manual rinsing to prevent odour build-up
Reviewers broadly agree the X50 Ultra Complete is among the most capable robot vacuum-mop combos available, praising its threshold-crossing legs, tangle-resistant dual brush, retractable lidar, and self-cleaning dock, with only minor reservations about first-unit navigation bugs and the manual effort required for thorough dock maintenance.
— best for: Households with mixed hard floors and carpet, pets that shed, or tricky threshold layouts that have defeated other robots will get the most from this machine.

Purchased a few weeks ago, and its been an absolute game changer. We have a mix of tiled, hardwood & carpet flooring downstairs and handles all like a pro. Mapping is highly accurate, it supports multi floor, and can set up numerous schedules around our busy schedules! We have a baby and a dog, and our floors have never been so clean. So happy with this, and wish we had brought sooner! Ben1989 · argos.co.uk

We kept contemplating buying a robot vacuum for so long as it’s not a cheap purchase and the cleaper versions can’t get over thresholds. This has no problems at all climbing over thresholds as it lifts up to 6cm to get over any small steps etc. Having 2 small kids, this is fantastic! We have it set to clean/ mop everyday. Does a really good job vacuuming and even moping, does leave any streaks etc Green Lambo · costco.co.uk
