Review 2's blade alignment complaint aligns with the critic block on power/motor performance, suggesting mechanical precision may be affected by motor characteristics.
In their words
“This saw worked very well out of the box. I got the V20 2 Pack Battery and Charger (4 Ah lithium-ion) at the same time on special. With the 4 Ah battery I was able to make some nice clean cuts without difficulty. It's a fine value for money.”

“Great saw! Surprisingly powerful. Easy to use. Idiot-proof blade swaps. My one and ONLY issue is that it doesn’t cut straight. The blade is 1°-2° pitched to the left which causes me to have to cock my saw way to the right to continue cutting straight. Even with a guide board clamped in place to slide my baseplate against a straight cut is impossible. If the blade could be adjusted straight, or fit”
