In their words

We recently picked up the De'Longhi Eletta Explore at Crate & Barrel, and our kitchen has basically turned into a little café. The drink quality is excellent — lattes, flat whites, and mochas come out tasting like something you would get at a good café. The Eletta Explore's ability to customize drinks exceeded my expectations. The milk frothing system also works really well and produces consistent

This machine makes great espresso and is a huge step up from a Keurig (probably obvious). I chose this model bc it does COLD drinks and I love iced coffee/milk drinks all year round. It has a good variety of drinks options. They are all pretty much just different rations of espresso to milk I think. I did feel it was lacking in the customization options on the cold drinks. I love the "My" function
