Buyers' weakest aspect—harness difficulty and tightness—directly echoes critics' note that harness straps may be short and hard to adjust properly.

In their words

We’ve had this car seat for about 2 years. We moved my son into when he was about 6 months old and he is 25 months and still rear facing in it. It is a BREEZE to get a toddler in and out with the swivel option, especially during tantrums. It saves your back majorly too. Pieces come off decently easy to wash when needed. Adjusting straps is SO easy, just pulling the top level up or down to get it w

I wanted to like this car seat for the 4 in 1 aspect but it is terrible. The base of it put holes in our leather seats. After turning it forward facing is when we had the most issues. After installing it tightly it becomes loose after a few car rides, the straps are incredibly hard to pull to the point where I can’t get it tight enough and it is dangerous for our child if we got into an accident.
