Buyers' weakest aspect—headrest durability—directly overlaps the structural integrity concern video reviewers raised about the Styrofoam breaking during normal use and cover removal.

In their words

This car seat seems to be very comfortable for my four year old son. He would whine about his poor little back hurting in his old car seat so we switched to this one and he hasn't complained since. I also love the support it offers his head when he naps. In his old car seat his head was hanging and he would be restless trying to stabilize his head. That was an unexpected bonus for us. We got this car seat a year ago. Used it maybe once a month. Today, I decided to remove the fabric cover to wash it and the Styrofoam head padding broke off without us even touching it. It's impossible to reattach (we tried with superglue etc, it just keeps falling off). Don't waste your money (or your kids' life) on this product.
