What owners single out
Both reviews highlight build quality failures (broken hinges) and insufficient cooking power—the two weakest aspects buyers report.
In their words
“To bad the oven looks good, but once again a product that doesn't last. On the first day of use the door doesn't always close properly. After 7 days the tiny hinge at the bottom of the door broke. This problem is recurrent for many users I am returning it for a refund. I will look for another brand.”

“I'm not impressed with this at all for the price. I had a Kaloric before it died and it was great, just didn't last a year. I thought by this being a Kenmore it would be better, but sadly it's not. The function buttons get hot when cooking. The counter still runs down while you're checking or flipping the food. It's not powerful at all. It takes twice as long as my previous one to cook and it does”
