“Unfortunately it does not work. I have cleaned it so the clean light is no longer on. It turns off. It starts to brew and turns off. You start it again and it turns off. No website has offered a solution. I realize it was used but it did say that i worked, which it doesn't. I bought the Allstate warranty but it doesn't become effective until October 6th. Not sure what to do.”
