“I got this monitor for my baby shower and had problems with it from the beginning. We struggled with the setup and wifi settings, which were advertised as very easy to use. Once we got the monitor up and running, it would often cut out from the wifi and close out the app during the night so we were not able to hear our baby cry. There is always a lag in the app when you open it, so I have to close”
