“The description indicates a chest size of 14.2 to 21.3 inches which would be ample for my dog. However the actual length, fully let out for this product is 17 inches. 4 inches too small. The medium is too big for her. The previous collar, which is a different brand, fits her perfectly. Unless I received a flub, I would not recommend going by the size on the description.”
