“The ladder has met my need, I like the light weight as I can move it easily, but I am very short and it is hard for me to operate it unless I stand on a step stool. It has also developed an issue extending and collapsing one of the lower rungs because I believe debris got into the mechanism. I just keep it locked in the extended position, but beware of this flaw.”
