Lumbar support is amazing and overall feels so steady and strong, compared to any other chair in the market. The only downside was getting the assembly instructions for the kaiser 3 instead of the 4.”

“Although I think the chair is very well made, I do not find it comfortable to sit in. The back/lumbar area sticks out to far even when at a minimum setting. The arm rests are hard and could use some padding. The included magnetic pillow does not provide support where needed for me. I strapped a larger pillow to the top of the chair in place of that pillow.”
