“We bought this treadmill 11 months ago and have only been able to use it for 2 months due to the JRNY software. The console says it requires an update but it will not update for some reason. Bowflex is no help, they said that it is a JRNY issue. You cannot speak to anyone at JRNY, only emails back and forth. Those emails have not been helpful.”
