Q7 Max+
across 5 reviews
4.0/5
mixed
Reviewers praise
  • Exceptionally efficient navigation and coverage, with best-in-class mapping speed and cleaning patterns
  • Strong vacuum pickup on both hard floors and carpet, with very good deep-clean performance on embedded debris
  • Large 350ml water reservoir allows extended mopping coverage before refills
Reviewers push back
  • Mopping performance is only adequate for light spills; the non-vibrating, non-lifting pad struggles with baked-on stains without multiple passes
  • Lacks dedicated carpet sensor, so users must manually create no-mop zones to protect rugs
  • Combined dust bin and water tank design results in a smaller air filter with less surface area
Reviewers agree the Q7 Max+ excels at vacuuming hard floors and carpets with exceptional navigation efficiency, but mopping performance is merely adequate and the price sits uncomfortably close to higher-tier models.
— best for: Buyers with mostly hard floors who prioritize vacuum performance and mapping intelligence over mopping capability, and who want automated maintenance via auto-empty dock.

One reviewer finds the mopping better than expected for a robot vacuum, while another explicitly states it falls short and recommends a different model for serious mopping needs

Thus vacume has made one of my daily house chores so much easier to accomplish. It's one less thing I now have to worry about. It's easy to put together out of the box and easy to use. It works on both hardwood and carpet floors. It charges fast. And it connects to my Alexa and all I now have to say is that Alexa starts vacuuming and the vacuum starts. The app is easy to set up and use so if you d patrick · walmart.com

Bought the Q7max+ a few days ago and I’ve been super impressed! I love this robot so much I told my husband it’s my robobaby 😂 it came with a dust bag installed and an extra one in the box! First off, I’m not new to cleaning robots so this is an absolute game changer, especially with the auto emptying dock! You can control it all from the app, even while away from home, at work, at the store!! yo RoboBaby · us.roborock.com
