My girlfriend bought me these as a gift two months ago and I've used them almost daily since. They are very comfortable to walk in and have great traction. I live in NH and walk on an icy and snowy path daily for exercise, and these handle it without a problem. The waterproofing holds up well and i feel comfortable going into ankle deep snow. I’ve had the 600’s for almost two years, great boots! Got these for Xmas and they are really nice. First hike in them today was 4. 5 miles, and they are extremely comfortable out of the box with good ankle support. Lighter weight than my 600’s.
