Reviewers praise
  • Combines prebiotics, probiotics, and a postbiotic in a single capsule, removing the need for multiple supplements
  • No refrigeration required; vegan, gluten-free, and major-allergen-free formulation
  • Third-party tested with traceable ingredient sourcing
Reviewers push back
  • Mint flavouring can cause mild heartburn or GI discomfort in sensitive users
  • Results are slow and variable; some reviewers saw no change in certain symptoms such as constipation even after weeks of use
  • The evidence base for combined synbiotic benefits in healthy humans remains limited, with key supporting studies conducted in animals or in vitro
Most reviewers found meaningful digestive relief from Ritual Synbiotic+, though a dietitian cautions that the broader health claims outrun the clinical evidence for healthy people.
— best for: People with recurring digestive complaints — bloating, gas, mild irregularity — who want a refrigeration-free, vegan, allergen-free daily supplement and are patient enough for a multi-month trial under a doctor's guidance.

Personal-experience reviewers rate the product highly for symptom relief, while the registered dietitian argues the health claims lack robust human-trial support for general populations

This is the best omega 3 fish oil supplement I have ever bought. I originally purchased this due to the high amount of DHA(which is thought to be excellent for brain health), that it was third party tested and lemon flavored (so no undesirable fish burps, yuck!). I can’t say it’s this supplement for certain, but when I see my cardiologist she always asks what I do to get my triglycerides so low! I TB22 · bioschwartz.com
