The verdict

What the panel makes of it.

The AI panel ranks Ritual Synbiotic+ as the top probiotic, and most reviewers reported digestive relief, though results are slow and variable. The single capsule combines prebiotics, probiotics, and postbiotics without refrigeration and suits people with recurring bloating or gas, but health claims outrun clinical evidence for healthy users.

AI summary of 5 reviews · as of Jul 2026

Most reviewers found meaningful digestive relief from Ritual Synbiotic+, though a dietitian cautions that the broader health claims outrun the clinical evidence for healthy people.

What they praise

  • Combines prebiotics, probiotics, and a postbiotic in a single capsule, removing the need for multiple supplements
  • No refrigeration required; vegan, gluten-free, and major-allergen-free formulation
  • Third-party tested with traceable ingredient sourcing
  • Multiple reviewers reported reduced bloating and gas after consistent use
  • Mild mint flavour is generally pleasant and the capsule design is well-regarded

What they knock

  • Mint flavouring can cause mild heartburn or GI discomfort in sensitive users
  • Results are slow and variable; some reviewers saw no change in certain symptoms such as constipation even after weeks of use
  • The evidence base for combined synbiotic benefits in healthy humans remains limited, with key supporting studies conducted in animals or in vitro

Buyers' weakest aspect—initial side effects like flatulence and GI discomfort—aligns with video reviewers' concern that mint flavoring can cause mild heartburn or GI discomfort in sensitive users.

In their words

After years of dealing with SIBO (after cancer treatments) and the accompanying seesaw of constipation/diarrhea, Synbiotic+ really seems to be helping. I'll be honest, the first 2 - 3 weeks were a bit rough with some heavy flatulence. It was pretty stinky. This was probably due to bacterial die off in my gut. After week 4, things normalized, flatulence stopped.

I really like this pre, pro and post biotic. It works really well. I normally do number 2 maybe once a day to every other day. And After taking this daily I go about twice a day. The Mint flavor is super strong tho. I have to take the stick out as soon as I open the bottle. I think they should do the orange in this instead of the mint. It makes my throat cold after taking it.
