About

What it is.

D10 Plus Gen 2 sits in Dreame's robot vacuum lineup as a combined vacuuming and mopping unit built around a self-emptying dust bag, letting the base station handle disposal across extended stretches of cleaning without owner intervention. Suction is delivered through a high-speed motor with multiple selectable power levels, paired with a floating rubber brush designed to lift embedded dirt and pet hair from carpet while resisting tangling.

Mopping runs through a dual-action system with adjustable water flow, drawing from an onboard clean water tank. Navigation relies on Smart Pathfinder mapping with obstacle avoidance, producing editable floor maps managed through the Dreamehome App for zone-specific cleaning. It suits households wanting one machine to handle floors and carpets together, particularly those with pets, without managing separate vacuum and mop routines.

The verdict

Buyers consistently praise the D10 Plus Gen 2 for strong cleaning, smart mapping, and self-emptying convenience at $300–$405, though corner coverage remains a minor weak point. It's built for anyone wanting a capable all-in-one vacuum and mop without spending premium money.

In their words

This is our first robot vac and we love it! After reading many, many reviews, we settled on the dreams d10 plus gen 2. We wanted something reasonably priced that could vac and mop, and go about cleaning on a schedule while we did other things. It’s great for daily use and we can safely go a few weeks without doing a more thorough vacuum that gets right into corners etc. so far no issues!

We had a Roomba 670 that was ready for replacement. Our new Dreame is so much better! The Roomba was always very random. The Dreame has mapped out our house and its progress while cleaning is shown in the app. Super handy to be able to create virtual walls. Picks up all the dog fur without tangling around the brush like the Roomba did. Love the self empty and mop feature.
