Owners consistently praise the natural, whole-food ingredients and convenient pill size, with many reporting improved energy and immunity, though some notice minimal or inconsistent personal effects.

Brand claims2/2 true2 promises checked

The marketing is honest about the natural, whole-food ingredient base and nutrient delivery approach—buyers consistently confirm these core claims. However, the pitch stretches on specificity: the exact fruit-and-vegetable count, men's-formula differentiation, and probiotic/enzyme presence are either unverified or not independently confirmed by the review data, which focuses on general ingredient quality and modest energy/immunity benefits rather than targeted male health outcomes.

In their words

Loving these vitamins. all natural ingredients, made of actual fruits and vegetables. Ive been using them daily for at least 3 years by now and i feel more energy during the day, i have fewer colds and my skin got better. The effect is visible pills have an average size and easily swallowed

As far as vitamins go it seemed to work fine. I love this brand, and take their vitamin D, b-12 and calcium but I didn’t feel much difference taking it. With that being said I definitely didn’t feel worse either. So maybe it kept things on balance. My folate levels did increase while using this and they normalized when I stopped. For that reason I discontinued using them.
