The verdict
What the panel makes of it.
The T10 Pro's room sensors effectively balance temperature across uneven homes, but buyer reviews lag behind professional praise, citing app reliability issues and sensor delays that complicate what should be straightforward climate control. Best suited for multi-zone temperature problems rather than simple set-and-forget heating.

AI summary of 5 reviews · as of Jul 2026
Reviewers agree the T10 Pro's room sensors solve uneven temperatures between rooms, though the display's lack of a dark mode and the added complexity draw minor complaints.
What they praise
- Room sensors reliably balance temperature and humidity readings across multiple rooms
- Sensors are easy to install and pair, with simple wall mounting
- App and thermostat interface are straightforward to navigate
- Dehumidification tracking is a useful, noticeable upgrade from older dumb thermostats
- Geofencing and voice assistant integration work as expected
What they knock
- Display has no dark mode, which is bright and unwelcome at night
- Dehumidification support depends on how the system is wired, so not every install gets it
- Menu structure with sensors, priority, and scheduling takes time to learn

What owners single out
Buyers' weakest aspect—app functionality—aligns with video reviewers' note that the menu structure with sensors and scheduling takes time to learn and lacks transparency.
In their words
“I had a Rth9585wf before but it wasn't allowed to control my furnace on efficient mode with my -30°c heatpump as the only available setting is comfort mode, which is using the furnace too often, and costed me too much, making my heatpump useless.”

“The app does not have many features and does not work properly. There is no way to know what equipment is running from the app. Stage 1 heat, stage 2 heat? Who knows! Is the fan running? Again, who knows. Adjust the schedule? Nah, that doesn't work. Just fails to save every time. Permanent hold does though, so at least I was able to do that from the app. It is a beautiful thermostat and beautiful ”

Thermostat advances to Stage 2 heat prematurely
Moderate severityOwners report the T10 Pro switches to Stage 2 heating too early and struggles with multi-stage cooling control, leading to inefficient operation and discomfort over extended use.
