“Don't order it. Or order it with realistically low expectations. I ordered one based on loving my friend's machine, which turns out is a much older but better made product. The pods are made of plastic and arrive in thick wasteful plastic bags now. The machine is pretty cheap and the pod flip started not working in the first week. You have to yank the lid back really hard to get it to eject, which”
