While i did like the headphones overall before they broke. i had them for less than a year and cracks starting appearing within less than a month of receiving them. as i continued to use them shards of plastic began to fall out as the cracks got worse and the seam of the right earphone split.

Find your situation?

Made for some — wrong for others.

Reliability-Seekerproven & safe

You want proven headphones from a trusted brand with broad consensus and low risk.

Good fit

JBL is mature and established, nearly a thousand ratings show broad consensus, and the product is settled—a safe, predictable choice.

Simplifierjust works

You need headphones that work immediately without fiddling with settings or apps.

Good fit

Wireless over-ear design is straightforward to use; weak software features suggest minimal configuration burden, making it a practical plug-and-play option.

Value-Maximizerprice first

You want solid wireless headphones without overspending on premium features you won't use.

Could fit

Mid-range price with strong overall rating and good battery life covers the essentials, though weak noise cancellation and build quality limit the value proposition versus cheaper rivals.

Enthusiastjoy & aesthetics

You love headphones that delight you with sound, design, and the sensory experience.

Could fit

Strong sound quality and battery life appeal to enthusiasts, but weak noise cancellation, build quality, and software limit the passionate appeal versus premium rivals.

Premium Connoisseurbrand & status

You seek prestige headphones that signal quality and taste through design and brand.

Not for you

JBL is established but Tour One M2 lacks the flagship positioning and premium design language of true luxury audio brands. Consider WH-1000XM6.

Quality Perfectionistbest-in-class

You demand the best-in-class headphones with no compromises on any front.

Not for you

Multiple weak aspects (noise cancellation, build quality, software) and mid-tier comfort undermine perfectionist expectations despite decent sound and battery life. Consider WH-1000XM6.
