“I was super excited to order this product because I love making speciality drinks at home and it was a bonus that it allowed for iced drinks. Day one the frother is not working. It just heats the milk up and there’s no foam. Day two there are grounds all in the coffee and the milk still isn’t frothing. I called, emailed, chatted, they tried to blame the issue on the pods I was using.”
