What owners single out
Quality control concerns raised by buyers (defective switches, improperly seated components) align with the reliability aspect being the weakest owner-rated theme.
In their words
“Performance:great typing feel (brown switch). noise is pleasant to hear Gasket mount design, solid build, premium aluminum plate, assembled version has well-lubed mechanical switches (except for blue switch if you pick it), has screw-in stabilizer, helpful manual, Qmk/via support. So if you are looking for these criteria, I suggest you buy it.”

“I ordered a Q2 with brown switches about two months ago. Shortly after receiving it, I had an issue where the "I" key failed to register roughly 20% of the time when pressed. I contacted support and followed their troubleshooting instructions. Reseating the switch seemed to solve the problem. These keyboards are sold as fully assembled products.”
