In their words

Lovely headset; however, it’s super slow at connecting to the laptop / Teams calls after switching “on”, and it randomly disconnects during Teams calls (audio drops out onto laptop, then eventually reconnects). The software performance seems to be a backwards step from the Zone 900, sadly, however, the sound quality and the product itself feels like an upgrade.

What the data shows

Sound quality scores 4/5 and one expert confirms clear audio, but connectivity (2.5/5), software (2.5/5), and fit (2.5/5) issues significantly detract from the overall feature promise.

Everything came through clearly and the microphone picked up my voice without letting in the surrounding noise.

What the data shows

While sound quality is strong (4/5), connectivity and stability score only 2.5/5 with reports of random disconnections, directly undermining the ability to concentrate in noisy environments.

What the data shows
