Obviously I am a Sonic customer, and have been for a long time. I bought three of the new, sleek black toothbrushes ( on the left) with carrying cases for my husband and sons for Christmas. The black toothbrush will not even turn on now AND the metal rod that holds the brush is loose. I am so disappointed! I cannot find my receipt and I don't want to go through the hassle of packing everything up
