“I got this mainly because of the ANC feature because I need it for my WFH setup. The after sales really disappoints. ANC is not working and HP support said in an email they will replace it but no update from them after saying there would be a delay in shipment of the replacement. I followed up to whatever channel is available but it’s so hard to reach them. Really regret buying from them.”
