“It alarms on any light changes. All window shades are drawn, and all lights moved to another room but when the infrared lights on the camera come on it sets off the alarm. The infrared lights were switched off but and any light changes from the adjacent room caused an alarm. No settings would eliminate this issue. Attempts to get technical support from Reolink were none existent. I could get bette”
