What owners single out
Seam durability emerges as the weakest aspect among buyers, directly echoing concerns about construction quality that video reviewers likely flagged.
In their words
“I bought the Toundra after reading reviews and wore them this past, very cold, Northern Ontario winter while snowblowing, with my Altai skis, snowshoes and hiking. Even in -30C temps they kept me warm if I was moving. They are super lightweight, have a big toe-box and fit snugly around the calf so snow can't get inside and melt down to the feet. During the spring thaw I never once got wet feet.”

“I bought these pair just before 2017 Christmas and only started using them regularly from last week of January 2018. After about 8 weeks of daily use of walking 4 to 5 km per day the seam is staring to open up. For a $300 boots that's not acceptable. Boots are really comfortable to wear and true to size.”
