“I get the same if not better results from a foam roller. I don't know how people would use on their lower back because it was not comfortable at all. When using on my upper back/shoulder and neck area it was ok but you would also have to lie on the floor to get the most out of it, I'd prefer to use these tools while relaxing in bed.”
