Best on ChatGPT (avg #1.0), weakest on Grok (#16.0)

Buyers4.155 ratings

Owners appreciate the out-of-box functionality and dual vacuum-mop capability, but the auto-empty bin fills too quickly with pet hair and cleaning performance isn't consistently thorough.

Brand claims0/2 true2 promises checked

The marketing pitch relies heavily on technical specifications (suction power, airflow, runtime) that owner reviews cannot independently verify. However, the critical claim about 45 days of hands-free cleaning is directly contradicted by owner feedback that the auto-empty bin fills too quickly with pet hair, requiring frequent manual emptying. Pet hair cleaning performance is rated solid but inconsistent, undermining the 97% cleaning rate claim.

In their words

Great product, works straight out of the box but much better if you take some time to map your home and set up the zones and functions including auto empty intervals. We have pets so it needs to empty itself more often or it gets too full and won't empty fully. Vacuums well and we also use the mop function on a tiled floor and you get a much better finish by adding the Eufy floor cleaner solution

I ordered this because since getting our golden retriever I was getting stressed about how often I had to vacuum. I have him on a schedule so he sets off at 6am on weekdays and 7am on weekends. He only does the living room and dining room because the dog gate means he can’t escape from there. I’m pretty chuffed with him!

45 Days of Hands-Free Cleaning

In reality

Bin fills quickly; frequent emptying needed

What the data shows

Owner reviews explicitly state the auto-empty bin fills too quickly with pet hair and requires more frequent emptying, directly contradicting the 45-day hands-free cleaning claim.

Find your situation?

Made for some — wrong for others.

Premium Connoisseurbrand & status

You value a prestigious brand and are willing to pay for flagship positioning and design.

Could fit

Eufy is an established, respected maker with tier-3 brand standing. The high price point and premium positioning align with connoisseur expectations, though the mid-range performance aspects temper…

Reliability-Seekerproven & safe

You need a proven, low-risk robot vacuum from a trusted brand with broad consensus.

Could fit

Eufy is established and the 4.1/5 from 55 ratings shows decent consensus, but mid-range reliability marks and a low marketing-honesty score introduce enough uncertainty to fall short of high… Consider D10 Plus Gen 2.

Early Adopternewest first

You want the newest robot vacuum with cutting-edge features ahead of the curve.

Not for you

No evidence of a newer successor model, but the data does not signal cutting-edge innovation or next-gen features that would excite an early adopter relative to the market.

Quality Perfectionistbest-in-class

You demand the absolute best robot vacuum money can buy, with no compromises.

Not for you

A 4.1/5 rating is solid but not top-tier. Mid-range marks on vacuuming, mopping, and reliability signal this is capable but not best-in-class; the marketing-honesty score of 25/100 raises…

Simplifierjust works

You want a robot vacuum that works out of the box with minimal fiddling.

Not for you

The data flags Setup & Customization as high-effort, signaling this requires substantial configuration and learning—the opposite of a plug-and-play experience.

Value-Maximizerprice first

You want a robot vacuum that does the job without breaking the bank.

Not for you

At ~$28k–30k, this is positioned as a luxury product, not a value play. Cheaper rivals like the Tapo RV30 Max Plus (~$230–298) deliver comparable core vacuuming for a fraction of the cost. Consider Tapo RV30 Max Plus.
