In their words

This is a great roller for my back. I have some stenosis in my thoracic spine and this really helps with increasing mobility and reducing pain. I have been doing a lot of exercises to help my posture and this feels nice on sore muscles. I like that this is softer than the grid version too. It was easy to find and purchase through Amazon.

Well-made, not too hard, not too soft. It feels really good on those tight muscles. It felt a little too good and I might have used it too long and hard along that IT band...I ended up pushing my pelvis out of place and had to go to the chiropractor to put it back in - ouch! So just don't overdo it like I did. More is not always better. Although the 36" length is very nice.- I definitely recommend
