What owners single out
Review 1's concern about moisture lasting only 12 hours aligns with the buyers' weakest aspect—longevity—which video reviewers may have also flagged as a limitation.
In their words
“Benefits:Deep Moisturizing Beauty Profile:Suitable for dry, sensitive and atopic skin, it gently repairs the barrier. Fragrance:No fragrance I’ve been using this product for more than 10 years. It is very suitable for atopic dermatitis skin conditions like eczema or psoriasis. It helps relieve itchy and flaky skin and provides great moisturization. I use it after showering. I highly recommend this”

“On paper, this is probably the most ideal cream for dry sensitive skin, however I found in my experience (dry skin in a dry enviroment) it didn't provide moisture that would last for more than 12 hours at best, which wasn't ideal as i don't enjoy having to apply lotion multiple times a day. Also, the moisture it did provide required me to use a sizeable amount everyday, which meant that I ran out ”
