interesting facts from for hr teams
The HR teams that buy software fall into camps. Some want the all-in-one platform that handles payroll, benefits, hiring, and performance in one place. Others want best-of-breed tools they can stitch together. Workday and Cornerstone chase the big enterprise accounts. ADP owns the payroll side and knows it. Bamboo and Culture Amp lean toward smaller, faster-moving companies. The gap between them matters. A company of fifty people has different needs than a company of five thousand.
What separates these vendors is speed and simplicity. A startup wants software that works the day it ships. An enterprise wants software that scales and integrates with systems that have been running for years. A buyer needs to know which camp they belong in before they pick a vendor. The wrong fit wastes months and money.
