What reviewers say

Distilled from the video reviewers — the score, what they praise, where they push back.?

Charge 6
across 5 reviews
4.0/5
divided
Reviewers praise
  • Physical button returns after touchless predecessor, making navigation easier
  • Heart rate accuracy significantly improved over previous model, especially during indoor cycling and steady-state cardio
  • Battery lasts multiple days with real-world use including sleep tracking and workouts
Reviewers push back
  • YouTube Music controls only work with YouTube Music premium, no generic controls for other streaming services
  • Heart rate broadcasting uses encryption that breaks compatibility with most third-party devices and apps
  • Google account required, older Fitbit accounts must convert
Reviewers agree the Charge 6 delivers accurate heart rate tracking, essential fitness features, and week-long battery life in a comfortable band, though Google integration feels forced and music controls disappoint.
— best for: Casual fitness users who want reliable health tracking, week-long battery, and Google Maps integration without the cost or daily charging of a smartwatch.
Pace 3
across 5 reviews
4.5/5
mixed
Reviewers praise
  • Multi-band dual-frequency GPS outperforms price bracket and matches far more expensive watches
  • Battery life exceeds manufacturer claims in real-world testing, lasting weeks between charges even with GPS-intensive activities
  • Lightweight build at 30 grams makes it barely noticeable during runs and all-day wear
Reviewers push back
  • Memory-in-pixel display is dimmer indoors than AMOLED competitors, though excellent in sunlight
  • Music playback limited to MP3 files loaded via computer—no streaming service support
  • Touchscreen disabled by default in many menus, requiring manual setting changes for full functionality
Reviewers agree the Pace 3 delivers exceptional GPS accuracy, battery life, and software experience at an entry-level price, making it the standout budget running watch despite minor interface quirks.
— best for: Runners and multi-sport athletes who prioritize accurate tracking, long battery life, and clean training data over smartwatch features or streaming music.

The watch is very light weight, dosent bother me at all when training. The strap is comfortable and easy to click together. Picks up on training activities automatically and keeps record. The battery life is good, normally lasts 4-5 days between charges. The ease of scrolling through training programs is easy with loads of workouts to choose. This watch is fantastic. As an avid adventurer with many different outdoor pursuits, it has everything I need and nothing I don’t. I’ve used it to track hikes, walks, runs, bike rides, open water swims and inline skating. It has a multi sport option for when I am doing multiple activities but not in triathlon order/events. Haven’t used it yet for a backpacking trip but I’m confident it will be up Lorem · mec.ca
