What reviewers say

Distilled from the video reviewers — the score, what they praise, where they push back.?

Galaxy Buds3 Pro
across 5 reviews
3.5/5
divided
Reviewers praise
  • Sound quality is competitive with top-tier earbuds, featuring a dual-driver system, a V-shaped sound profile, and a nine-band EQ for deep customization.
  • Noise cancellation and transparency mode both perform at a high level, with transparency mode described as among the most convincing available.
  • Blade stem controls — squeeze, swipe, and voice commands — are precise, responsive, and work even with wet hands or gloves.
Reviewers push back
  • Design is widely seen as a near-copy of AirPods Pro, with multiple reviewers noting the resemblance is hard to ignore in the white colorway.
  • Build materials feel plasticky and the finish is described as cheap compared to predecessors, with early reports of fragile ear tips tearing on removal.
  • Noise cancellation lets in high-pitched metallic sounds, and passive isolation is weaker than in-ear designs with foam tips.
The Galaxy Buds 3 Pro deliver strong sound quality, capable noise cancellation, and clever software features, but draw consistent criticism for their close design resemblance to AirPods, a plasticky finish, and occasional build concerns.
— best for: Android users who want premium sound with deep EQ control, capable ANC, and smart ecosystem features like real-time translation and voice commands will get the most from these buds.
WH-1000XM6
across 5 reviews
4.0/5
divided
Reviewers praise
  • Best-in-class active noise cancellation, measurably improved over the previous generation, especially in the midrange frequencies
  • Fold-flat design returns, enabling a compact magnetic-latch case that reviewers uniformly praise as superior to zipper alternatives
  • Transparency mode is dramatically more natural and clear than the prior generation, approaching the standard set by competing flagship headphones
Reviewers push back
  • Shallow ear cups and driver placement cause pressure discomfort for some users, particularly on one ear during long sessions — a persistent issue not fixed from the previous generation
  • No USB-C audio support means simultaneous wired listening and charging requires two separate cables
  • Entering Bluetooth pairing mode requires powering the headphones off and on again, an unintuitive workflow
The WH-1000XM6 represents a meaningful step forward in noise cancellation, sound quality, and portability, with most reviewers agreeing it reclaims a top position in its class despite some comfort and software concerns.
— best for: Travelers and commuters who want top-tier noise cancellation, a compact folding form factor, and balanced sound out of the box — particularly Android and Windows users without an Apple ecosystem.

Where reviewers split on Galaxy Buds3 Pro: Sound quality ranking divides reviewers: one calls them the best-sounding earbuds available, while another finds Dolby Atmos tracks sound compressed and less dynamic than on competing hardware. On WH-1000XM6: Comfort divides reviewers: MKBHD and ShortCircuit describe the fit as excellent for long wear, while the 6 Months Later reviewer reports persistent ear pressure that makes extended use difficult

Battery is not bad. I can listen for most of the day. Charging is acceptably fast. Connectivity is flawless. My phone sees and connects to my buds immediately. Noise Cancellation is awesome. It blocks almost everything else out. Love it. But it can be dangerous and inconvenient, so I use : Adaptive mode which is mostly smart (except around my water pik). Performance:Outstanding Quality:Great It is truly one of the best wireless headphones you can get in the market. The ANC works wonders, I could barely hear the bus engine for the entirety of a 7h trip, and it is also comfortable to wear for long periods (I barely adjusted the headphones during the trip). The audio quality is also very good out of the box, and can be enhanced with some EQ'ing to my shopee.com.my
