“I purchased the Ecovac Deebot x1 Omni Sep2023. Product was maintained monthly & working just fine. Conveniently once it was Oct2024 - past the 1 year warrant mark - the product stopped working randomly. Does not vacuum properly, does not load water or cycles dirty water into the tanks anymore. Ecovac customer service is horrible & does not give any proper diagnosis & just asks you to ship the mach”
