What owners single out
Customer support failures directly undermine the product's core tracking function, leaving owners unable to use their devices when replacement collar attachments go unshipped.
In their words
“To “track” your pet, you must have both modules within 6’ of each other and then alert the app you’re about to go on a walk to begin gps tracking. So, if you walk your pet without a leash, it’s fantastic in case your canine takes off to chase a rabbit. GPS is active and it’s a simple matter of following the once a minute updates. For the occasional backyard escape, or open door bolt, if you’re not”

“Utterly useless without the piece that attaches it to the dogs collar. Had to order extras since the original one got lost, but after paying a whopping $50 for a few tiny pieces of plastic it seems the company has simply pocketed this money. Pieces haven't shipped. No response from customer support. Been 2 months and still no update on tracking for the new pieces. GPS unit is now useless.”
