Utterly useless without the piece that attaches it to the dogs collar. Had to order extras since the original one got lost, but after paying a whopping $50 for a few tiny pieces of plastic it seems the company has simply pocketed this money. Pieces haven't shipped. No response from customer support. Been 2 months and still no update on tracking for the new pieces. GPS unit is now useless.
