Battery life is the weakest aspect for buyers, directly echoing the critical concern raised about poor endurance in early use.

In their words

As an owner of the original Fossil Sportwatch I was eagerly anticipating this release. It has not disappointed me! It is a smart and (in my opinion) a very stylish watch that, with the right amount of customisable faces, allows it to change it's appearance in a mere few swipes. The battery lasts a full and proper day (24hrs), although I choose to not wear it at night, so even in normal mode I can

If you've been looking at this watch then you would have heard about the battery life. When I first got the watch, I fully charged it, set up a nice watch face through the preloaded Facer app, and did all the things people do when they get something new and shiny. First day and the battery didn't make it past 5 hours before I turned on Watch Only Mode. I'm prepared to take it back at this stage.
