Buyers' weakest aspect—edge support—directly overlaps the critic finding that edge support is the weakest of their top six mattresses.

In their words

Listen right: I truly haven't found one been in all my 30 plus years of life that hugs and comforts my body like this. My daughter, sister and one of my closest friends has napped in my bed and they all say "omg why is your bed this comfortable? I didn't even mean to sleep that long." This mattress is so awesome. I get way more rest than I intend every night.

Lauren W. · verified purchase · nectarsleep.com

This mattress failed to work for us on so many fronts. The lack of edge support was so extreme that I felt like I was going to fall out of bed every time I tried to get in or out. My husband found the bed far too firm, like he didn't sink into it at all. I have never overheated from underneath before but on this mattress I repeatedly woke up overheated from below.

What the data shows

Owner scores show this mattress is neither the coolest (3.8/5 temperature regulation), most supportive (3.5/5 firmness & support, 3.2/5 edge support), nor tallest (no data), undermining the superlative claim.

What the data shows

Owners report moderate temperature regulation (3.8/5) with divided opinions, and expert reviewers call it a 'great cooling mattress,' but the data does not support a 'triple action' cooling claim specifically.

What the data shows

Edge support scores only 3.2/5 from owners, with explicit complaints about extreme lack of edge support, directly contradicting a claim of 'two extra inches of support.'
