What owners single out
Buyers' weakest aspect—durability & reliability—directly echoes critics' concern about proprietary fasteners limiting repairability and long-term reliability.
In their words
“This is the best frother I've ever used. It works great. It is a little more expensive than most, but believe me, it is well worth it! I have one just like it that gets heavy use, at least 3 to 5 times a day, for over 2 years, and it is still going strong! We use it to froth our creamer for our coffee. You can froth hot or cold, but we prefer hot.”

“We've owned this product for barely a year and it has already broken. What makes it worse is that you've chosen to use proprietary fasteners on the bottom of the product which make it incredibly difficult to diagnose and fix the problem. Effectively you've taken away the consumer's right to repair. You are contributing to our wasteful throwaway culture.”
